- This service monitors credit behaviour.
- Services are available Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
- The beneficiary will be informed if any of the following are added, updated or removed from their credit report:
- Judgements –formal decisions given by a court to pay an outstanding debt;
- Defaults -Failure to fulfil an obligation, especially failure to meet a financial obligation.
- Notices –notifications or warnings making the beneficiary aware of a legal process that will affect their rights, obligations of duties. Notices include administration orders, sequestrations, rehabilitations and liquidations.
- The beneficiary will be informed if their credit score changes, as well as when a new credit score that suggests irregular activity is generated.
- The beneficiary will be informed if their payment profiles account status changes. This will allow the beneficiary to rectifyitbefore there is any damage to their reputation. Changes include:
- If the beneficiary is the subject of a credit check.
- If there is a change in the beneficiary’s credit profile.
- If the beneficiary’s details are being used fraudulently; for example to buy a house or open a retail account.
- The system will generate an SMS to the Beneficiary as soon as irregular activity transpires –this is available 24 hours a day. Delivery time of the SMS will be dependent on cellular networks.
- The SMS will contain a 24-hour support link to log in and check what activity transpired.
- The beneficiary will be informed of the necessary details and steps within 24 hours.
